“We set up our own business from scratch in 1993, so we
know what it is like out there, and our advice is based on practical
experience as well as professional knowledge. I’m responsible
for the technical, professional and compliance side of our work
and head up most of our support team in this respect. My role
is to make sure that we act as a secure safety net for you and
your business,
helping you to reduce the burden of red tape and manage the
compliance of your tax, accounting and business affairs. I work
with many clients on their business plans and financial forecasting
needs, particularly with raising funds in mind. We are owner-managers
ourselves so our clients are precious to us. Consequently they
are the focus of everything that we do. We are a very modern
practice but we see nothing wrong with so-called ‘old
fashioned’ ideas of customer service.”

“Rowena is right. Keeping clients at the very heart of
our business is what it is all about. We originally set up our
business because we were frustrated at the gap that existed
between accountants and their clients. We enjoy working with,
and alongside, our clients and see very little fun in a reactive,

our independent strategic partners. It is important to us that
we work in a relaxed, friendly environment and this seems to
